Ewa BOJANOWSKA

Based in Warsaw, working worldwide

Ewa Bojanowska graduated in Media Arts from the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw and Film Producing from Polish Film School in Łódź. She is also an EAVE Marketing and Torino Audience Design graduate. From 2015 till 2022 Ewa worked for New Europe Film Sales, where as Head of Marketing she worked on launch campaigns for such films as SWEAT by Magnus von Horn (Cannes 2020 Official Selection), The Disciple by Chaitanya Tamhane (Venice 2020 Competition), Lamb by Valdimar Jóhannsson (UCR Cannes 2021) and Oscar® Nominee Corpus Christi by Jan Komasa. Working as an independent she handled, among others, the Oscars® campaign for The Balcony Movie by Paweł Łoziński.

Benjamin CÖLLE

Based in Berlin, working worldwide

Benjamin started his journey with Audience Design in 2014 and works as Audience Design consultant & trainer ever since – mostly within TorinoFilm Lab, World Cinema Fund and BrLab. He has an academic background in cultural studies (Humboldt University Berlin / Goldsmiths London) and worked as film and cross-media producer for various independent productions. As lecturer and researcher at Film University Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF he was focusing on Audience Design as creative distribution practice. Currently he is Managing Director of the film world sales and production company Pluto Film Distribution Network.

Síle CULLEY

Based in Dublin, working worldwide

With nearly a decade of experience working in Distribution, Síle now runs an Audience Design consultancy helping independent producers and established production companies identify potential audiences for their films and the positioning of their projects in the ever-competitive marketplace. She’s passionate about supporting teams with their film’s outward journey. Some of her clients are Europe’s leading independent Producers, and she has recently collaborated with screen agencies such as Screen Australia, Nederlands Film Fond and Film i Väst on their Audience efforts.

Since she began, her contribution as Audience Designer has led to international premieres at top festivals, world sales and theatrically-released titles, and successful funding applications at national and European level.

Síle is the Director of The Audience Design Lab for the ISI, as well as an industry expert for Eurimages, a consultant for TorinoFilmLab and a member of the European Film Academy.

Clara MIRANDA SCHERFFIG

Based in Berlin, working worldwide

Clara is an Italian writer and film professional living in Berlin. Her background in the press industry took her to her first film festival in 2011, and since then, she’s been balancing writing about films with helping them reach audiences. Specialising in art-house film Sales and Marketing at Coproduction Office, she has worked on titles by both established and emerging auteurs.

A festivals expert, Clara has collaborated with experimental film forums and is currently an educator in all things Distribution at the Babelsberg Konrad Wolf Film University. She also consults on Audience Design for debut features and shorts, while continuing to write criticism in Italian and English.

She’s an alumna of the Locarno Academy, Torino Film Lab, and the Flaherty and Oberhausen seminars.

Petar MITRIC

Based in Copenhagen, working in Scandinavia

Researcher in European cinema based at the University of Copenhagen, born in Yugoslavia. As an audience designer, Petar explore how arthouse films connect with the right audience from the start. He work closely with filmmakers from the earliest stages of development, weaving audience insights into the script and promotion strategy to make sure the stories resonate and captivate.

His mission is to help powerful, unique voices reach their intended viewers—never lost, never boring, always impactful.

Greta NORDIO

Based in Venice, working worldwide

Greta Nordio is a development producer, audience designer and financing consultant for independent films. She has been an audience designer since 2016, in collaboration with TorinoFilmLab, International Screen Institute, BrLab and other international institutions, working on award-winning films like The Wound and A Land Imagined and holding workshops in Sao Paolo, Beirut, Milan, Turin, Naples.

She is the Fund Advisor of TorinoFilmLab and works as development producer for EiE Film’s fiction project. She also offers consultancies in European and Italian financing and coproductions. Before she was the head of financing, business and legal affairs of Vivo film for 6 years.

Greta is an alumna of Berlinale Talents, Columbia University, TorinoFilmLab and EAVE Puentes Italia.

Paul RIETH

Based in Berlin, working worldwide

Paul Rieth is a Berlin-based audience strategist, marketing consultant, and speaker. He regularly lectures at universities, training programs, and film festivals. As a tutor for TorinoFilmLab and Documentary Campus Masterschool, he specializes in Audience Design, Marketing, and Project Development. In 2015, he published *DOK & CROWD*, a book on financing and distributing documentaries in Germany. Through GET YOUR CROWD, Paul offers strategic consulting and workshops on audience engagement, crowdfunding, digital marketing, and content strategy, alongside producing innovative web video content. From 2021 to 2024, he supported Filmuniversity Babelsberg in Audience Design and Innovation.
